Our pricing is simple and transparent! For interior painting, we charge $1 per square foot of wall space and $1 per linear foot for trim. For exterior painting, the rate is $1.50 per square foot. This straightforward pricing makes it easy to estimate your project costs based on your space — no hidden fees, just quality work at a fair price.

Repaint interior walls using one coat of primer and 1-2 coats of paint as needed. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated based on the square footage of the room or area.
Trim Repaint: $2
Repaint all trim to include baseboards, door trim, window trim, window sills, door and window casing. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated based on the square footage of the room or area. Crown molding is available for an additional fee.
Crown molding: $1
Repaint all crown molding in customer selected color and finish. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated based on the square footage of the room or area.
Doors Repaint: $60
Repaint interior and exterior doors to customer selected color and finish. Does not include front doors, which are priced differently due additional material and labor costs. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated per door, and includes both sides.
Popcorn Ceiling Removal: $3
Remove popcorn ceiling texture, and smooth surface underneath in preparation for painting by skimcoating and sanding any rough areas. Finished product is a smooth surface ready for paint. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup.
Service does not include repair of cracks, stains, or previously damaged drywall. Price is calculated based on the square footage of the room or area.
Ceiling Repaint: $2
Repaint ceiling using flat white ceiling paint or customer selected color and finish. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Service does not include repair of cracks, stains, or previously damaged drywall. Price is calculated based on the square footage of the room or area.
Exterior Siding and Trim Repaint: $3
Repaint all exterior siding and trim in customer selected color and finish. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated based on the square footage of the home as listed.
Deck Repaint / Restain Deck $4
Repaint or restain exterior deck with customer selected color and finish. Includes either oil based stain or acrylic latex porch and floor enamel. Includes free sweep and pressure washing. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated based on the square footage of the deck. Stairs and railings are also available for an additional fee.
Railings / Banisters Repaint $25
Repaint Railings, banisters, and spindles, interior or exterior in customer selected color and finish. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated based on the linear foot of the railings to be painted.
Steps Repaint $20
Repaint interior or exterior steps in customer selected color and finish.Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated based on the number of steps.
Outlet and Light Switch Replacement $20
Replace old brown outlets and light switches with new white ones. Service includes safe removal of old unit, and complete installation of new unit, all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated per unit replacement. Face plate replacement is also available for an additional fee.

Remove old brown outlet or light switch face plate and replace with new white one. Service includes safe removal of old unit, and complete installation of new unit, all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated per unit replacement.
Ceiling Fan Replacement $250
Remove old ceiling fan and safely and properly install new ceiling fan, purchased by the customer. Does not include disposal of old ceiling fan. Service includes safe removal of old unit, and complete installation of new unit, all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated per unit replacement.
Light Replacement $100
Remove old light and safely and properly install new light purchased by the customer. Does not include disposal of old light fixture. Service includes safe removal of old unit, and complete installation of new unit, all materials and labor, masking, prep, minor repairs, and cleanup. Price is calculated per unit replacement.
Furniture and Wall Decor Removal and Replacement $100 - $200
Safely move/remove all furniture and wall decor in a room in preparation for paint. Will not be charged if completed by customer prior to project start date. Not responsible for previously damaged or extremely fragile items that are damaged while moving. Extreme precaution and care is taken in order to prevent any damage to any item. Service includes each room where furniture and wall decor is to be moved. Must be moved at least 3 feet from the walls.
Drywall Repair $50 - $250
Repair cracks, holes, rips, dents, and otherwise damaged drywall on walls and ceilings, both textured and smooth. Service includes all materials and labor, masking, prep, and cleanup. Price is calculated based on size and scope of damaged area, location of damage, texture, and number of damaged areas.
